Clicking the "Tune In" button will open another window-- taking you to SWCast, the company that monitors lildevilradio for royalty collection purposes. In order for them to accurately monitor our usage, you must Tune In thru their website.

In the new window, you should see a box labeled "Tune In". Located in that box are, from left to right, three pictures (icons). They are "Winamp", "Real Player", and "Windows Media Player", followed by the words "56 kbps" "Hi-Band". and 24kbps "Dial-Up

If you already have one of the three players installed, click on the button for that player. If you do not have a player installed, below the icons for the players are links to download one for free.

Please Note: Dial-up listeners may experience 1 or 2 minutes of silence before the station contact starts. We are looking into this.

If you are  having difficulties tuning in, please ask one of our DJs for assistance. They'll be happy to help!
            

Here is the way for people with itunes to tune in

Itunes Say there’s an Internet radio station you love, but it’s not included with iTunes. Choose Open Audio Stream from the Advanced menu to add the station to your library. Paste or enter the station’s URL in the dialog that appears and click OK. We will update the ips asap for itunes

Great! You've now got lildevilrado blasting out of your speakers and scandalizing the neighborhood. So now what?

This is where you do your part. Our DJs just LOVE to get requests!

It's really simple to request songs, but you need to do two things: have Yahoo Messenger (you can download it here) on your computer, and you need the DJ's yahoo ID to add to your Yahoo contact list. That's really all there is to it.

Oh... finding their IDs... well, you can get those several ways. Listen to lildevilradio and during the line breaks, the DJs will say what their Yahoo ID is. If you miss that, you can just come to this website (you DID bookmark us, right?) and click on the sidebar where it says "Know The Staff". Every DJ has their own page with their Yahoo ID on it. The other way to get DJ IDs is to ask someone else in the Pogo room you are in if they are tuned in. Most of our listeners are glad to help a new person get started enjoying lildevilradio!

One last thing... do NOT use Yahoo to email the DJs with song requests during their show. They do NOT check email while they are on the air-- it takes too much time when they are already responding to a lot of Instant Messages.

So there you go. Practically painless, and you get to hear the music you love!
