I guess you could say I'm a California girlwithout the fer-sures and totallys.
Born in Sonoma California theheart of wine country, I have seen a lot of strange and wonderful things and people. I feel that laughing is better than crying. I have held a lot of different jobs from door-to-door, telemarketing, retailand electrical assembly.
My friends feel I'm the kind ofperson who if dropped into the middle of a wilderness, I'd survive quite nicely. I think it just takes a little common sense and the talent to improvise.
I am divorced, with 3 children, ages 13 to 19. Ilove people, animals and nature, and of course music. Entertaining is inmy spirit.
By the way "Ista" is Latin for female, in case you wondered. I have acted on stage and sung with a couple bands when they needed to crowdattention. I have been told I "give good voice". ha ha ha.
I have tried drawing, I'm rather primitive with paints or other mediums.I have written lyrics and poems as well as stories-- some are published. My stories range from children's stories to erotica.
I love music-- always wanted to be in a rock band. I even own a base guitar,but never got around to lessons. I own over 2000 LPs, for you young people those are vinyl recordings. And I don't know how many cassettes 45's or CD's I own. Even have a 2 track player and tapes some wherearound here.
